Abstract requirements

During the School the Participants will be given the opportunity to present their results in a form of a poster or short communications.

Short communications will be chosen by the Scientific Committee, based on the sent abstract. 10 short communications are planned during the School.

Deadlines for submission: 

SHORT COMMUNICATIONS (YOUNG RESEARCHERS) - March 31, 2025
POSTERS: May 16, 2025

Abstracts sent after the deadline and in the different template may not be published.

Moreover, the Award Committee will select the best posters on the basis of the poster itself and discussion with the poster presentee.

Poster requirements:
A0 format
Authors who are presenting the poster are asked to stand by their poster during the poster session.
