Registration form

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We reserve the right to cancel the conference for any reason and at any time. In case of such a cancellation, we will refund any registration fees paid, and we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of such cancellation.

If you need to cancel the reigstration, you have to send us such information at school@amu.edu.pl as soon as possible, since this will impact the refundation of a paid registration fee. If you canceln before 15th of May 2026, we will refund your registration fee. After that date we will not be able to refund the fee, however you will able send in that place a delegate, e.g. a colleague, without any additional charge. The substitute delegate must be from the same organisation.
