Information clause - conference
According to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of
natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
(General Data Protection Regulation), University of Adam Mickiewicz in
Poznan informs that: 1. The administrator of your personal data is the Adam Mickiewicz
University in Poznań, H. Wieniawskiego 1, 61-712 Poznań, Poland 2. The data administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer - contact by email firstname.lastname@example.org 3. Your personal data will be processed for registration, organization and conducting of conference. 4. The basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent to the processing of personal data. 5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
6. The data will not be disclosed to external entities, except for
cases provided for by the law and entities cooperating with the data
administrator in the field of conference implementation. 7. The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the
above-mentioned purposes, and after that for the period and to the
extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law. 8. You have the right to access your data and, subject to legal
provisions, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to
transfer data, the right to object to processing.
If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have
the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent
has consequences for the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect
the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body -
the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection ul. Stawki 2,
00-193 Warsaw. 10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled in accordance with art. 22 GDPR.
